Arnold was born into the plating business. His Father and Uncle designed and installed electroplating equipment and later ran their own plating business. After working for his Father, Arnold started Programatic Platers in 1974. Often used as a reference by other people in the industry, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all metal finishing areas.
